Los Molinos

Los Molinos is an undiscovered gem, or rather it was before I mentioned it here. The hamlet is accessed from a road that winds its way down the mountainside, giving a glorious panoramic view of the bay. Los Molinos is home to the Island´s only duck pond, complete with real ducks.

The beach is very seasonal ranging from beautiful golden sands in summer to a more darker variety in the winter. The sea also ranges from safe to "enter with care", but the best bit is the restaurant La Terraza, situated at the end of the beach. Imagine having some fresh seafood, or just a drink in the late afternoon whilst watching the sea breaking against the rocks? Believe me this has to be experienced first hand, don´t just read about it, do it!!! Don´t forget to ask Juan (the owner) for a copy of the Grapevine.
